EECI is proud to present an automated ultrasonic inspection solution to test forged automobile axle shafts for chevron, cracks & other manufacturing process induced defects. The testing is done based on the immersion technique. Scan path is designed considering component profile & test requirement. Combination of dynamic scanning probes & static probes placed at strategic location are utilized for effective inspection.
A turnkey solution consisting of test electronics, customized probes, job handling mechanics & automation is delivered. High end PLC, HMI, safety interlock sensors allows the operator to easily control the complete system in auto or manual mode. The job loading to test position is synchronized with customer production line gantry system, once in home position, test cycle is initiated with post testing segregation in accept/reject zone.
We offer a choice of test electronics to suit customer budget & test requirements. The solution is custom designed & manufactured as per the specific inspection requirements. The complete designing, manufacturing, testing and pre-delivery inspections takes place in-house.
