Two additional probes test the punctures at critical cross-sectional transitions of the test piece. To determine the heat treatment condition, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eecindia.com\/index.php\/portfolio\/magnatest\/\">MAGNATEST<\/a> encircling test coil is additionally positioned at the end of the shaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The critical zones of the component, such as bearing seat area and diameter transitions, are 100% checked for material cracks by the eddy current testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After testing the components are sorted automatically in &#8220;OK&#8221; and &#8220;NOT OK&#8221;. The test performance is up to 360 transmission shafts per hour. For continuous quality assurance, the results can be documented and evaluated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eecindia.com\/\">EECI<\/a> recommends the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/AUwzLAeru0o\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">STATOGRAPH\u00a0<\/a>test instrument with standard probes for the crack testing of gear shafts. To monitor the heat treatment condition, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eecindia.com\/index.php\/portfolio\/magnatest\/\">MAGNATEST<\/a>\u00a0test instrument is used in combination with an encircling coil.
