Laboratory Finishing Machine

Horizontal Padding Mangle

  • No separate trough for padding liquor.
  • The space formed between 2 bowls, when under pneumatic pressure acts as a trough.
  • Minimum quantity of liquor required for padding a sample.
  • Simple operations. Maximum working width is 300mm.
  • Minimum time is required for padding sample.
  • No time lag between dip & nip as the sample gets squeezed immediately after passing through padding liquor.
  • No exposure to atmospheric conditions after padding and before getting squeezed.
  • Substantial saving in liquor consumption thus saving on consumption of soft water, dyes, auxiliaries & chemicals.
    Hence very economical model.
  • A trough is provided below the bowls to collect liquor
    after padding.

Laboratory Padding Mangle (Vertical)

  • Versatile machine, can be used for dyeing, printing and
    finishing trials.
  • Working width: 450 mm.
  • Automation through Microprocessor Controller.
  • For even pressure throughout, pneumatic loading of the bowl.
  • Small unheated trough provided for padding a small size
    samples.
  • Nip padding trough and doctor blades available as standard accessories.
  • Compensator for use in conjunction with Drying Curing and Setting Chamber available as option.
  • 3 bowl padding mangle with central bowl of ebonite or
stainless steel can also be offered.

Laboratory Padding Mangle (Universal)

  • Universal padder is help to dyer get a result in Vertical also Horizontal (without dead weight) on single machine.
  • Working width – 450 mm.
  • It will help to reduce the cost and space on modern laboratory, where it is required to do both type of padding mangle i.e. Vertical and Horizontal.
  • Temperature control through the Microcontroller: MC-6.
  • Material construction: SS 304 and SS 316.
  • For even pressure throughout, pneumatic loading of the bowl.
  • Synthetic rubber coating on bowl.
  • Small unheated trough provided for small size samples.
  • Minimum time is required for padding sample.
  • No time gap between dip & nip as the samples get squeezed immediately after passing through padding liquor (Horizontal).
  • Rubber hardness: 65? / 70? shore hardness.
  • Versatile machine, can be used for application in dyeing, printing and finishing trials.

Laboratory Steamer

  • Laboratory Steamer for fixation of prints under high
    temperature high pressure conditions.
  • Ideal for saturated steaming upto temperature of 130°C.
  • Samples are hooked on star frame and placed in an inner chamber.
  • Maximum sample size: 200 mm x 2 meters.
  • Electrical heating for steam generation.
  • Nozzle provided for external steam supply.
  • Facility for steam superheating at atmospheric pressure
    available.

High Temperature Steamer: HT-U

  • High Temperature Steamer is a versatile machine useful for applications like saturated steaming, high temperature steaming, flash ageing and thermosoling at atmospheric pressure.
  • Maximum sample size: 45 cm. x 30 cm.
  • Automatic pin frame transfer with pre selectable dwell time.
  • Electrical heating for steam generation provided.
  • Steam super heating upto 250°C possible.
  • For uniform distribution of steam or dry heat in the machine, blower is provided.
  • Nozzle provided for external steam supply.

Drying, Curing & Setting Chamber (Stenter)

  • For drying, curing and thermofixation of samples.
  • Working width: 450 mm.
  • Speed control for variable dwell time of 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
  • Electrical heating for temperature upto 250°C.
  • Heating zone length: 1700 mm.
  • Adjustable air flow to avoid migration.
  • Can be used either for small sizes of samples or for
    continuous fabric length.
  • Can be synchronised with Laboratory Vertical Padding Mangle for continuous padding, drying and curing / setting process.
